Police: Poughkeepsie Man Rips Off Credit Cards, Vehicle In Domestic Dispute

A Poughkeepsie man was arrested after ripping off another person's credit card, cash and a vehicle following a domestic dispute, according to the Town Lloyd Police.

Joseph E. Tippa, 42, was charged with grand larceny, criminal contempt, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. following the dispute where he stole the items, according to Lt. James Janso.

Tippa was arraigned before Lloyd Town Justice Eugene Rizzo and held without bail in Ulster County Jail.
